Originally formed as a joint venture between major off-shore player, Atlantic Power & Gas (APG), and Surrey based Winton Environmental Management (WEML), the objective was to provide an independent professional consultancy service to a sector dominated by water treatment and hygiene contractors. The focus of our air and water quality management services is based on Professional risk assessment and condition monitoring processes, through the deployment of specifically trained, academically and professionally qualified Building Services Engineers.
