Internal Air Quality

It is often the case that mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems fail to fulfil their purpose of maintaining appropriate air quality and environmental comfort conditions within the work environment.

This can arise through poor design or installation, or an absence of appropriate maintenance and testing procedures.

The introduction by these systems of harmful bacteria, fungi, particulate and gaseous contaminants into the workplace, can result in a variety of complaints including respiratory problems, dry throats, sore eyes, lethargy and headaches.
